Return Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and service. We offer a 30-day conditional return policy on eligible items from the date your order is received.

Please contact our Customer Service Team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back, as returns without authorization cannot be accepted.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or logoed items, made-to-order products, sale items, closeouts, and drop shipments are not eligible for return. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless the wrong item was shipped due to our error. Shipping costs apply both ways on non-defective returns.

Certain items that require special handling, including valet podiums, key boxes, signage, stands, and umbrellas, may not be eligible for return if used or if installation guidelines were not followed. Items used for special events or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.

If your product is covered under a manufacturer warranty, our team will help coordinate directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by manufacturer, and replacements or repairs are handled according to their policy.
