Return Policy

We offer a 30 day conditional return policy. The following conditions apply to all return requests. If the item needs replacement parts, locks, collars and other parts that are covered under manufacturers warranty, we will work with manufacturer to replace those parts for you, such replacements may be at the manufacturers discretion and issues concerning manufacturers defects will be subject to manufacturers policy. Certain items including valet umbrellas and other products that require special handling, will not be available for return or replacement if use guidelines have not been followed. If you have questions on each manufacturers policy, please inquire prior to purchase. Authorized returns must be accompanied by RMA number, which can be obtained by calling our customer service dept. No return will be accepted or refund given if items are returned without proper authorization. All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless wrong item was received due to a shipping error. Special orders, custom items, logoed items, any item with custom artwork or customized in any way, closeouts, sale items and drop shipments are not returnable. Shipping charges will apply both coming and going for all returns not relating to merchandise defects or incorrect items being shipped. For items with defective or non working locks, lights, attachable signs or any replaceable items, the company reserves the right to replace defective parts only. Items used for special events such as valet podiums, valet key boxes, stands, signage, umbrellas, may not be returned. Items that do not have original packaging may not be returned. Items that are used or damaged when received but not noted at time of receiving to carrier and our company many not be returned

We strive to always have your orders delivered on time, unless noted at time of sale that an item (s) must be delivered at a certain time, we can not be held responsible for shipments being delayed or not arriving when requested, therefore returns based on late shipments will not be returnable. Guaranteed shipments via LTL as well as overnight, and second day air options are available for many items. Please inquire with our Customer Service team for these options and fees associated with them for your purchase.
